Many would say that poverty is a financial issue and of course it is but if it were only that then all the charity and aid would have made a difference by now both with domestic poverty and international poverty. There has been some progress and some of the charity has been useful but there is still a persistent and significant poverty issue and it is deeper than financial. Explore the spiritual, moral or some other side of poverty besides the lack of resources, which really is just a symptom of these deeper problems. You can look at domestic or international poverty but be specific give an example of what you mean.
