Mazoon Company is situated in Sohar. It produces milk products like milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, etc. Currently, Mazoon Company sells its products through convenience stores. Supermarkets such as Lulu and Mecca do not sell the products of Mazoon Company. Hence, company sales are comparatively less. The Company was having issues related to pricing, wholesaling, broker & agents, so as to choose the best course of action to run a successful business.Recently Mr.Salim joined the company as a marketing supervisor. 

He noticed that the company does not follow any promotional methods to market their products. Mr.Salim suggested the Mazoon Company management to follow cost based pricing policy and demand based pricing policy in order to increase the sales and believes that demand is the prime factor of pricing and the price of the product is determined by the demand in the market.
