Comment on an aspect of SaaS technology that enhances business activities in the cloud, and provide an example of a SaaS tool you use everyday! Then describe, as examples of modern SaaS tools, the difference between CRM and ERP and the efficiencies or productivity enhancements and profitability$/$ affordability provided by these tools. Consider addressing whether the CRM and ERP, as examples of SaaS tools, should be applied singularly$,$ or in parallel, or in an integrated fashion?
