Take a look at the Deloitte studies. These are worldwide studies that indicate what issues worry executives. The Millennial Study is especially illuminating if you want to understand the issues affecting your generation.

For this submission, identify two or three global or national trends, something that you believe will impact our lives. It can be small today, but it will have a huge impact in 5, 10, 15, and 20 years. Stay away from fads.

For each trend provide a title, follow it with a short discussion, and attach an article or video that goes into more depth.

Trends can be political, social, economic, technological, geographic, environmental, generational, etc or combinations since one impacts another.

It is my hope that all of you use this as an opportunity to exercise a bit of foresight; that you will also take advantage of your research and take action as it makes sense. For example, a trend you may see is either a threat that must be dealt with or an opportunity one must seize.

Keep it between 200 and 300 words.
