Lesson 4: Online Exercise - Presentation

In this exercise you will create an appointment regarding a presentation you will be delivering to a live audience next week. You will then also create a recurring appointment for the next few months for acupuncture.

1. Create a new meeting with the following information: - Going Green Presentation at Community Center - Next Thursday evening starting at 7:00pm - The presentation will only be for 30 minutes but you are expected to be there until 9:00pm - Set a reminder for an hour before the meeting time
2. Apply a category using one of the colors of your choice. Rename the category to Personal.
3. Invite your instructor to the meeting.
4. Save and close this appointment.
5. Create a new appointment and type the following information: - Dr. Ambrose Liu - Liu Clinic - Every third Tuesday for the next six months - Start time is at 3:00pm and goes for an hour
6. Apply the Personal category.
7. Save and close this appointment; you do not need to send this appointment to your instructor.
