You may also consider adding additional information about your firm which may be relevant in supporting your PMS design - Be sure to identify the company's vision and mission statement. - As a group, decide what values are important to your organization (ie. workhife balance, customer satistaction, quality of work, opportunity for growth) Make sure to define these values in your write-up. How would your group reflect these values when measuring performance? Ster 2 Performance Management System Design - Your next job will be to design a PMS that you feel would best suit your organization. Will you use a results approach. behaviour approach, or both? Why? A suggestion would be to align various PMS purposes, values, and/or characteristics, which best amplify the culture you wish to create. Be sure to identify the culture of the organization. - Select one (1) aspect per group member of the PMS that your group will focus on.
