Minimum files to ensure on SLATE are: 1. Course outline 2. Course delivery form/course log 3. Book 4. Weekly lecture material 5. At least 4 quizzes 6. At least 4 assignments 7. Mid Exam 8. Final Exam 9. Solutions of quizzes, assignments, mid-exam, and final-exam (if possible - cluster heads will determine whether the solution is possible or not) 10. Marked best, average, and poor scripts of quizzes, assignments, mid-exam, and final-exam (instructors may keep them hidden from students) 11. Results/award sheet (separately for quizzes, assignments, mid-exam, and final-exam) in excel/pdf (must be hidden from students) 12. Final End of the Semester Award Sheet produced by SAP (must be hidden from students) These are the data that you need to update throughout the entire semester.
