Consider the Needs Assessment work completed in PJM 6610 (Template is attached).

For this assignment, explain how Design Thinking, Data Visualization, and Journey Mapping would be used to complete the needs assessment template. Create an infographic to explain the following that includes:

• For each section of the template, which of our term topics could be applied - Design Thinking, Data Visualization, and Journey Mapping? Be sure to include the specific tools, techniques, processes that would be applied (for example, not just "Design Thinking" but the detail that would be applied, i.e. persona, empathy map, etc).
• Then, how would each of these detailed tools, techniques, processes be used to conduct that part of the needs assessment and what is the value added?
