Module II focused on the concept of structure, which is one of Hill and Lynn's Three-Dimensions. The focus in Module IV moves us to another one of Hill and Lynn's Three-Dimensions, culture. Understanding that both are extremely important, the question is which of these two dimensions is more essential to the success and sustainability of an organizations, and in your experience/opinion does one dimension precede the other? In other words, is it crucial to establish one of these two dimensions before the other, if so which one? Provide at least one example and reference course material to support your conclusion
