Mr. Ferguson opines that the Company does not formally develop, maintain and implement an extensive and integrated quality management programme despite the Company has implemented the so called 'quality management' for a number of years in a fragmented and independent manner, because of which the performances and outcomes are still not optimized. Such being the case, Mr. Ferguson urges the urgent need of a formal, extensive and integrated quality management programme .

In this regard, Mr. Ferguson decided to hold a series of internal training to all the senior management members of the Company's global manufacturing facilities in this connection.

In addition, there has been a hot debate in the last few years that the implementation of quality management is increasing the production costs of manufacturing facilities, because of which the senior management members of the Company's global manufacturing facilities have argued that they have to either cut cost or compromise the quality and delivery of their products in order to launch and work out quality management in their manufacturing facilities.

Such being the case, Mr. Ferguson also plans to make use of the series of internal training to explain and clarify the real definition, meaning and understanding of the 'cost of quality' to the senior management members of the Company's global manufacturing facilities.
