will use project management principles and techniques.
Objectives:

Tasks and Dellwerables:
Project Proposal: Each group will develop a project proposal outlining the purpose, scope,
objectives, and expected outcomes of their community service project. The proposal should also
include a preliminary project plan, budget, and risk assessment. Risk Assessment is Optional
Project Plan: Each group will deweton adetaled proiect plan. including a wark hreakrioyn
structure, project schedule, budget, and risk management plan. The plan should also include
strategies for stakeholder management and communication. Risk management plan is
optional
Project Execution: Each group will execute their community service project, using the project
plan developed in Task as a guide. Students will be responsible for managing project scope,
schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders. Identifying risk is optional
Project Evaluation: Each group will evaluate the success of their project, based on the project's
original objectives and outcomes. Students will also assess their own performance and
teamwork, identifying strengths and areas for improwement.
Final Project Report: Each group will submit a final project report, summarizing their project
proposal, plan, execution, and evaluation. The report should also include a reflection on the
project management process and lessons leamed.Choose any project of your choice and apply all the processes of Project Scope Management processes as much as possible
