Multinational enterprise (MNE) do not only operate in a purely domestic environment, but also in multiple foreign environments. Additionally, there is also the international environment which consists of the interplay between the domestic and foreign environments as well as the interplay between the various foreign environments. Operating in these three environments mean that an MNE faces a multitude of risks every day.

For this assignment you are required to write a case study using only secondary sources outlining the risks experienced by an MNE while operating on the African continent and how these risks were mitigated. In writing the case study, you should pay attention to the following:
