Scenario 1 PROJECT: You are the PM for a project where an external vendor's software is being implemented to manage the online school enrollment process. You serve as the primary point of contact and drive communication with the vendor. The project is mid-way through execution and the relationship between the vendor's team and the Mustang project team is delicate due to some missed deadlines on the vendor's part and last minute change requests from the MS. WHAT DO YOU DO: You are facilitating a weekly meeting between the vendor (who calls in by phone) and the MS project team (in person). During this meeting it becomes clear that the vendor has fewer people assigned to complete configurations than they had promised. What, if anything, do you do/say during the meeting?
