Put together an Operational plan which shows the efficiency, what is the break even for your product etc. Define the dimensions of quality specific to the product. Define the competitive advantages that your company is targeting. Problem - #1 - It is being reported back from your customers that they are not getting a cell phone case. #2 - It is being reported back from your customers that the cell phone do not work. From these reported problems - create a method(s) to determine where the problem(s) are happening.
