My proposal for the final project is to start a COPD educator for in hospital patients for Tenet Health corporation.. Also to perform pulmonary function testing for all COPD patients so that they do not go undianosed. I have to use profitability ratios and financial statements to support the capital budget proposal. This is where I do not know what to do. I am not sure what lines on the financial statement on the 10-K to use for this.
