One framework that I am using is SWOT. Since I choose to make my focus on employee relations, I believe that looking at strengths and weaknesses in the company is the best way to go about seeing how they are managing the relations. As this is focused solely on one facility I will be mainly looking at what is going on within the facility, as other facilities may be doing things differently. There are multiple opportunities that have come to light, as well as the threat of other employment, as we have a large amount of distribution centers within 30 minutes of each other.
