Now, select an organization that you admire. I recommend selecting either the organization you currently work for, one you would like to work for one day or one that is admirable to you in the industry of your interest. You will make a chart with the following information.

1. Research and select 3 important positions at this company (e.g. Human Resources Director, Information Technology Director, Sales Manager, etc.) These will be your top 3 columns going across the top of your page. Now, using the 5 implications above, add these as rows. (In other words, create a 3 x 5 table). In each box, add clear and insightful information on how each specific role might achieve each of the 5 implications.

You may be creative in your approach. The table option is just a recommendation.
