CLO 1 - Analyze construction documents in order to create a workable CPM schedule for planning and managing a construction project using computer scheduling software in a project team environment. Assigned 10/20/2022 DUE: 12/4/2022 Develop a schedule for the Fulton County Aviation Community Cultural Center. - Schedule - Use Microsoft Project to develop a phased construction schedule with a minimum of 150 activities. You should include a WBS complete with preconstruction/procurement activities as well. Use January 2,2023 as a start date. - Cost Loaded Schedule - Develop budget estimates for the major sections and save the baseline.
