Introduction

History of the offence in Canada (proper cited sources, not podcasts or blogs or random Google searches)

Outline how the law stood in 1960 and how the law is currently in Canada (decriminalized, legalized, or slightly altered etc)

You need to make a specific comparison between 1960 and 2021 to the crime you are studying. (what was the social mood at the time towards this offence, find an article or an interview about the public mood at that time to support your statement.

Criminological theory or theories that best fits this the history of this offence.

Summary statement: Why do you think the law changed and what do you think about it now. Was it a good idea, yes/no did it happen because of: eg: taxes, changing public attitude, inability to control it, etc.).

You will need at least 3 properly cited references in APA format. One of those references will be from the textbook and you need to cite what chapter and specifically what page of the textbook you are referring to.
