For Q2, I received 5/7 for this question, which 2 do I need to swap to make it correct?

For Q4, I chose 3/6 options but recieved 5/6 pts so one may be missing or I selected a wrong one by mistake. Which option is correct?

For Q5, I recieved 3/4 points and chose option b) & d) but is a) & c) also correct?
