A COMPLETE INFORMATION OF EACH DEVICE WILL BE INCLUDED IN A DATABASE LIKE FORMAT THIS INFORMATION WILL INVLUDE Year of purchase Serial Number Model Brand Price Operating System User Updates Backups List of programs and their licenses Dates of pending updates. Backups or renovation of licenses To which network the device is connected 3. FLAG EACH DEVICE THAT NEEDS AN UPDATE, BACKUP OR LICENSE RENOVATION. HAVE ALARMS AND REMIDERS OF UPCOMING UPDATES, BACKUPS AND LICENSES RENOVATIONS WITH DATE AND TIME.
