need value added analysis, root cause analysis and issue documentation as given below please answer ASAP
When a customer request is received, the fencing company system checks the order against the stock available. In case of a new customer, the system automatically sends an email to register a new customer. If the product is in stock, it is reclaimed, and before confirmation is sent out by the sale department. Once the order is confirmed by the sales department, the customer is asked if they want to arrange for pick-up or delivery. If it is a pickup, the details will be sent to the customer once the order is paid. Delivery charges are $140 for metro areas only. In case the customer wants the product delivered in the regional area the fencing company must get quotes from the transport company. After the delivery is confirmed, the sale department sends an invoice and waits for the payment. The customer can cancel their order in case they don't want to proceed with the order. After the payment is received the order is shipped and the details of the delivery are sent to the customer. Customers can pay an exact amount, but in case they pay extra it is refunded back to the customer. In case the product isn't available the warehouse manager is notified, and the manager contacts the customer via call if the number is registered or writes an email to offer an alternative for the product. The customer is given other alternatives, or they can wait for the product to be available. If the customer no longer wishes to proceed, the process is aborted. In case the customer is happy to wait, the suppliers are contacted after the raw material availability is checked. The warehouse manufactures products once the raw material is available. The process is marked accomplished once everything is confirmed, and the order is fulfilled.
