NSW TAFE! 3.Role play scenario As a Program Coordinator at the Indigo Community Services and Health Hub, you have arranged a meeting with Hussein Khoury, an Outreach Officer of Lebanese Australian origin. Hussein is a wheelchair user. He has been a great resource in the past in helping Indigo with a number of initiatives including advice about prayer spaces for Muslim clients and also as an advo - cate for disability inclusive work practices. The aim of the meeting is to gather some initial ideas to feed up to the Program Manager as discussion points to increase connect with and the program uptake of the Arabic community in Indigo Community Services You will need to: Recognise and respect the needs of the person from a diverse background, including where a language barrier exists " Seek assistance from an interpreter or other person according to the communications needs .
