One of the requirements is to disable all USB data devices and data drives (CDs , DVDs, ...) and to replace them a Network Sharing Server that will allow the employee from all departments to share data based on their Access Control List.
Being the system administrator of Nutshell, you are requested to implement this Network Sharing Server and below requirements:
Business Requirement:
The company has 7 departments ( CEO, HR, IT, ACCOUNTING, MARKETING, FINANCE, OPERATIONS) Department files are located under one shared directory for this department that is only accessible by the department members Each Employee has a private shared directory so he can backup his work files CEO group members should be able to list the content of all shared directories that are related to departments and not to private users IT group member can access as READ ONLY the private files for the employees
Technical Requirement: Install and configure the Network sharing servers based on ubuntu desktop. make sure the system is up to date before process any steps create the needed groups that represent every department create 5 users in each department, their name should be like DEPNAME-USER1 Departments shared directories should be located under /home/Departments Users private files should not be located in this home directory, they should be located under /home/Users Submission: you need to submit two files; the first word file containing all the steps executed along with screenshot for every step, and the second file should be the history for all your commands.
