Mr. and Mrs. Simpson and their two children, Francis who is 9 yrs. old andRose who is 7 yrs. old, are excited to fulfill a dream of visiting the British Isles. They wish to visit more than one country in the British Isles fromJul. 16 to Jul. 23. While Mr. and Mrs. Simpson are interested in art, the outdoors and sightseeing, they want to make sure their two children enjoy the trip as well, with children-focused activities. They have a limited budget and therefore really need to get the most value out of the money spent. What would you suggest?
ASSIGNMENT REQUIREMENTS
Based on the client profile information above, you are to put together an itinerary that will meet their MNEs Motivations, Needs and Expectations. Include a minimum of 2 countries and 3 cities plus a total of at least 9 attractions.
Research the cities and attractions in the British Isles and put together a proposed itinerary. Remember that they will need you to include your recommended hotel for each city as well astransportation for each day.
Do not copy information from the internet, instead, use your own words to describe the countries, cities, attractions and hotels. It goes without saying that you will receive a mark of 0 if you copy without citing or if your work is copied from another students work.
Create a table for your itinerary in Word and be sure to proof-read and double check your assignments formatting prior to submitting through Learn@Seneca (Blackboard).
Include the following in your itinerary:
1. Map (5 points)
Include a map that reflects the routing of your itinerary.
2.Transportation (8 points)
List the mode of transportation that you recommend for the clients to use each day between cities and attractions. No need to research their international air transport from/to Canada.
3.Attractions (18 points)
Describe what each attraction is and why it would meet the needs of these clients.
4.Hotels (14 points)
In each city and for each night, select a hotel that you feel would be suitable for these clients. Explain why you chose each particular hotel for them specifically.
5. Conclusion (2 points)
The conclusion (1-2 sentences) should briefly summarize your recommendations and convince the clients to let you plan and book their dream vacation.
