(1) Think back to a recent conflict episode. Using the Post-Negotiation Evaluation Questionnaire (Exhibit 20-1; pp.262-263), how might you evaluate yourself? Chunck the questions (identify all questions that are similar in theme) and offer a summarizing statement under a chosen header. So, it's not necessary to answer each individual question in the written form, but you should offer summarizing comments that address an individual question theme. There should be no more than six headers. Please develop your five to six paragraph (with question headers) response. Be succinct.
