Statement: The commercial site under consideration spans a total area of $70$ acres, with the breakdown as follows: $25\%$ dedicated to parking lots, $25\%$ occupied by buildings, and the remaining $50\%$ consisting of open grass areas. The general slope of this area is $0\mathrm{.}0002f\frac{t}{f}t.$ The time of concentration for the site is estimated to be $30$ minutes.
