Assignment Task

This assessment requires you to research an existing international organization/company which has been involved in an ethical misconduct. In your report, you need to introduce the example business and its ethical issues. Then, you need to analyze the situation and explain how it could have been stopped. As part of your report, you will need to:

Identify one existing organization/company which has implemented some unethical practices and when and how it was disclosed to the public.

Analyze the situation and discuss which ethical framework was applicable to the discussed ethical misconduct.

Discuss the benefits and challenges of that ethical framework.

Explain how the described ethical misconduct could have been stopped.

Using the stakeholder theory, discuss how the example company could be more responsive towards the expectations of its stakeholders (you need to identify at least two stakeholder groups and how the example company could address their expectations).
