Okay, so - we are just going through BootStrap Responsiveness Development classes for CSE - and I have a homework problem that seems to have no way out. If you see the image below - you will see that the left bar is stretching too much on a 21" PC (the red marked part should not be there). I have tried fixing it using the bootstrap classes (3:9 or 2:10 format), but whatever I do, on the large screen, it is too wide and does not look normal. Can you please show me what I need to change in order to make this whole thing work?

I am attaching the original project file here so that you can have a look at the CSS files and suggest accordingly asto how can I solve this specefic problem.
