It needs to be scraped, repaired, sanded, and painted. The window is in good condition but the trim around the window requires replacement There are six sets of cupboards and a countertop that needs to be replaced. The floor is concrete with old ripped up vinyl on top. It needs to be replaced with a vinyl plank flooring that is on-site. What other value can you bring to this project and incorporate it to the WBS? The highest work package will be 0.0 Laundry Room Renovation and everything else will flow from there.
