Groups such as the Civil Air Patrol, Chambers of Commerce, and others who were discussed in the unit lesson would be good prospects as underutilized resources. Once you have identified five or six resources, assume they have become part of the preparedness plan.

Include the following information in your essay:

• . Explain why you would want to utilize the resources in that manner.

Finally, develop a plan that will ensure stress and negative emotional response will be kept to a minimum for the resources that you selected.
