Open a blank Microsoft Word document. Put yourself in $$You View$$ mode, and completely rewrite and restructure all the sentences to be in active voice.

Remember, from watching the passive voice video, active voice has a $$doer$$ in the sentence doing something. In this case, with the $$you view$,$ your doer is going to be what the reader does in this new system. The reader, of course, is referred to as $$you$.$

After you rewrite this $2-$paragraph message in active voice, you will find it moves smoothly and clearly, and is much easier to read and understand.
