Operations Management Assignment: Students will develop a memo that cites recommendations for improving/changing operations management in the organization in which they are placed.

This document is for internal class purposes only (unless your supervisor is interested in receiving such information).

To fulfill the requirements of this project, students must utilize their logs to develop a memo that recommends a:

1. program enhancement,

2. operations improvement, and/or

3. training recommendation.

The memo can/ will cite a rationale for the changes, i.e., evidence-based research to justify the resources required to implement the changes.
