Ms$.$Ruzelle is promoted to work as an operations manager for a Cardiac Center Corporation located in Mississauga, she was nominated by the management team, to help in identifying and resolving some solutions for the challenges that the cardiac center is still facing in daily operations specially after COVID period.

What list of challenges that to be resolved:

$1.$ Patient flow: The cardiac center has two floors, the ground floor has an X$-$ray & MRI departments and second floor has Ultrasounds and Mammography machines, but 'disable patient' & 'seniors' would not be able to go up using the center internal stairs, and unfortunately there is no elevator exist, which need to studied financially and technically with
