1. Draw a WBS for this project.(10 marks)
2. Do not go beyond level 2 as shown (i.e. Level 0 - Name of the Project, Level 1, Level 2).
3. Level 1 should completely cover (at a high level) all the things that need to be delivered in a fully constructed house including foundation works. Do not go beyond 5 items as doing so will make the rest of this assignment long and tedious.
4. Level 2 should detail the subcomponents of Level 1 and should not go beyond15 items in total.

1. On a separate diagram develop activity lists for all the deliverables at Level 2 as shown. (10 marks)

1. Develop a WBS dictionary showing the activities for the work packages, their durations, and their predecessor activities. (10 marks)

1. Draw a master schedule (on a Gantt Chart as shown) (10 marks)
2. Consider that everything, including the foundation, walls, roof, plumbing, electrical, appliance installation, landscaping etc. should be completed within the six-month schedule.
3. Please note the change of scale from weeks (as given on the WBS dictionary) to months (given on the Gantt Chart)

1. You need to procure the services of a tiling company to do the tile work for the living room, master suite, bedroom, bathroom, and corridor areas. You also need to procure the services of a landscaping company to do the external landscaping.
2. Develop separate schedules to procure contracting services for these 2 sub-projects.(10 marks)

• By the end of these schedules, contracts should be awarded to 2 different contractors so that the contractors can start on the tiling work and the landscaping respectively.

1. On a separate diagram, copy the Gantt chart you created in 4. and mapthe lead timefor the 2 sub-projectsontothe master schedule so that everything would be completed on time and without delay.(10 marks)
