Our client is a developer (not a DOT) for a large P3 contract. we are in the early years of a 20 year contract. Our Client had a large initial investment to build the project, and they are being reimbursed by collecting toll revenue. the client is in the process of upgrading their automatic toll collection equipment. we have a good working relationship with the client, and our project is doing well financially. Issue: Our client's toll equipment upgrade requires lane closures. the client has no ability to perform lane closures, other than hiring another subcontractor. historically, we have provided lane closures and maintenance-of-traffic as a cortesy since closures have occurred very infrequenly (this is not one of our contractual obligations). However, with this upgrade, the client is requesting more closures (every two weeks) and with little notice (1-2 days). This work requires shifting our personnel from day shifts onto night shifts (Lane closures are not permitted during the day due to heavier traffic and related safety concerns). How would you address this issue with the client, and how would you approach it
