Our project will be about an event that is taking place at Jubail University College. The event will be based on the concept of a maze made up of obstacles on which phrases quoted from the books will be attached. The visitor who enters the maze will be able to find herself in every small activity station. It is a test through which the visitor knows to what degree she enjoys the qualities of a leadership personality and is fit to be a leader. At the end of the maze, the visitor finds herself among a group of discussion sessions of the cultural book clubs that have been selected, presiding over the book reading session and presenting the summary to the audience. In addition, we will invite vendors of different shops to set up booths such as coffee, flowers, sweets, books to provide students with entertainment.

The objectives of our project are to entertain and spread the culture of leadership and encourage visitors to discover their leadership skills and review the qualities of a leader that are inspired by the pages of choosing books by playing a maze game and overcoming challenges they will face.

Project Deliverables

The project outcomes will be divided into two parts: tangible and intangible.

Tangible Outcomes:

1. Renting Furniture: bohemian-style floor seatings that will contain 3 tables, 2 carpets, 8 pillowcases, 2 fabrics. Accessories for it such as 5 feather vases and also 8 electric candles.
2. Electricity: there will be 10 electrical connections for powering machines and tools of the booth. 2 lightings will be located on the both sides of the entrance gate. 2 Loudspeakers with 4 microphones for the guest speakers to clearly hear their voices.
3. Entertainment: there will be 2 games which are basketball and arrows.
4. Advertising: There will be 2 big banners for advertising the sponsors and also doing 1 poster for announcing the event. Coupons will be provided by Jarir Bookstore for the winners of these two games.
5. Catering services: it will contain 2 tables, one for sweets and one for coffee. That will be for the reception.

Intangible Outcomes:

1. Arrangements: the most important outcome is the arrangement, it will be related to arranging the tables for a booth, as well as organizing the books that will be provided by the client and placing them on the floor seatings.
2. Contacts: contracting with official sponsors to participate and coordinating with them.
3. Communication: communicating with the official sponsors, as well as the guest speakers.
