Over the last 5 weeks, you have worked on your Action Plan to identify the interpersonal job-related skills that you wanted/needed to develop. In Week 1, you were asked to "assess reality" where you talked to relevant individuals (i.e., those who have observed your performance) to acquire specific feedback from them regarding your performance on those skills. Their feedback, along with the assessments taken during Week 1 of the course, assisted you in developing your Action Plan goals. Now that you have had some time to work on the goals that you included in your Action Plan, by practicing the skills that needed development, it is time for you to go back to those same relevant individuals or others to determine whether they have seen any improvement(s) in your use of the skills.
