How do the policies and practices youve implemented in the simulation line up with current HR laws and ethical HR practices? Provide a minimum of three specific law examples and how your HR team is working to adhere to them. 2.) Provide specific examples of legal and ethical ways to encourage diversity and inclusion within an HR firm. 3.) Research at least one organization that is an example of a highly ethical firm and explain how their HR department reinforces HR law and ethics through their procedures.
