In this section, design a performance appraisal instrument based on data gathered from the job analysis. Decide on the format and the scoring of the appraisal form. Include the type of performance appraisal (i.e., a behaviorally anchored rating scale), the scoring for each dimension, and weighting of each dimension. Support the reasoning behind your choice of appraisal format. Include a table that illustrates the performance appraisal questions along with the rating scales (this will be in appendix of final paper). The format should be one that could be used to rate an employee when performing an appraisal. Three resources are required.
