Part $1$: PowerPoint Presentation

Your group$$s PowerPoint presentation should be structured in the following way. Refer to the Sample Release Plan templateOpens in a new tab for an idea of how to structure your group$$s presentation.

A$.$ Project context

Briefly describe the needs and pain points that led to the project.

Briefly summarize the solution $$ the project$$s vision and scope, at a high level.

B$.$ Prioritized features

In a table, list your features and the priority that the customer team gave them.

Include a minimum of $10$ features in your table.

C$.$ Release plan

Using the customer$$s prioritizations, and the delivery team$$s knowledge of which features may have dependencies on other features, create a release plan for the solution.

For each of the $3$ releases, explain to your audience the features they are getting in that release and why. $($If some features have dependencies on other features, explain that as well.$)$
