Part $1$: Project Scope Planning $-$ In order to complete the scope planning, your team should define the following aspects: Project description: A high$-$level overview of the project's nature and extent, characteristics, main objectives, and essential qualities. Think of it as the vision of the final outcome of the project. Project objectives: Describe the high$-$level goals of the including measurable success criteria $($Smart objectives$)$ Project deliverables:List all project deliverables and briefly describe each including outputs and ancillary $($supporting$)$ results such reports, documentation, evaluations, etc. Do not list dates. Project tasks: List the most important project tasks to be completed, based on the deliverables listed in the previous section. Do not include dates. Project boundaries: Describe the extent of project work expectations and list deliverables, tasks or outcomes that are not included in the project Project assumptions: List any project factors that are considered true, real, or certain and are critical for the project's success Project constraints: List the general limitations that should be considered during the project life cycle, such as time, cost, scope, quality, risks, and resources. Project stakeholders: List the key stakeholders in the project, describing their roles and how they can influence the project life cycle.
