Sample: Goal 1: By the end of next month, I will have successfully completed 10 hours of volunteer work related to my leadership course.	I will complete this by the end of ____. Note: This must be short-term -1, 2, or 3 months only.	I will need to make arrangements with one or more organizations where I can possibly do my volunteer hours.
