Create a program that prompts the user to enter total rainfall for each of $12$ months into a list.

The program should compute and display total rainfall for the year, average monthly rainfall, and

the names of the months that had the highest and lowest monthly amounts.

a$.$ If there is a tie for either highest or lowest monthly rainfall amount, you may display any

of the tied months.

b$.$ You may either use two separate lists for month names and rainfall amounts or a two$-$

dimensional list that contains both month names and rainfall amounts.
