Create a program that prompts the user to enter total rainfall for each of 12 months into a list.
The program should compute and display total rainfall for the year, average monthly rainfall, and
the names of the months that had the highest and lowest monthly amounts.
a. If there is a tie for either highest or lowest monthly rainfall amount, you may display any
of the tied months.
b. You may either use two separate lists for month names and rainfall amounts or a two-
dimensional list that contains both month names and rainfall amounts.
