Create a draft RFP (format similar to the examples you have already pulled in an earlier class) a. It is to include all specifications (what should be considered when evaluating a product) and the supplier i. Within the specifications, identify what is important for this purpose, for example, delivery date. 2. Identify 2 potential supply sources (not the companies but how you would find companies that could be a source of supply). Be specific. Explain why you chose these 2. 3. Create/Produce a decision matrix template for the evaluation of potential suppliers for the pens. a. Identify minimum 10 evaluation criteria that were considered in the evaluation b. Establish a rating scale for each criterion; keep in mind that the highest number is always the preferred. i.
