Part A3: C-Chart Problem (10 Points). Indiana Topper Corporation (ITC) manufactures pickup truck toppers (also called truck caps). ITC's quality department routinely inspects finished, painted topper units before shipment to customers. The paint process used must be controlled to keep the number of paint defects in the finish low.
