Use the $$Cape Codd$$ database to implement the following SQL statements in the SQL Server Management System. Write SQL statements and provide screenshots of the output.

$1.$ Display the name of the buyer, SKU, SKU description, and extended price of the sale of all SKU items.

$2.$ Display order$\_$item and retail$\_$order column details for orders placed in the year $2017$

$3.$ Display name of buyer, department, supervisor, and SKU Description for SKUs related to the buyer $$Jerry Martin$.$

$4.$ Display SKU Description, Order Number, and price of the sale of all SKU items that cost more than $$100.$

$5.$ Display Order$\_$Item and Retail$\_$Order column details for orders placed in December $2018$ in ascending order of price.

$6.$ Create a view using Warehouse relation $($using Cape Codd Database$)$ named WarehouseView that shows the warehouse ID$,$ city, and manager$$s name for the warehouses with an area greater than $50000$ sq feet.
