Part II: Work Breakdown Structure Based on your selection, Suburban Homes is requesting that you complete the work breakdown structure (WBS) to several levels such that the lowest level represents work packages and activities. Also, you need to make sure that no work components are missing to deliver the project outcome based on your selection. You are asked to exclude the project management part of it and instead focus on the what aspect of the project and not on the how aspect of the WBS. Once the WBS is completely developed, please perform the following tasks: Expand the WBS so that work packages or activities are defined at the lowest level. Develop a project schedule at the lowest level of WBS elements after defining logical relations. Estimate durations of each element in the network. Compute forward pass and backward pass to determine project duration. Determine a critical path for the project. Note: Include the square footage, the number of rooms, bathrooms, and other details that you identified in Part I. Also, include the estimated time needed to complete the work, costs, and scope in your submission. Include a written report about the selection made, and describe ways to overcome project constraints. Your completed assignment must be at least three pages in length.
