Perform an economic analysis studying impacts of Covid-19 on health or health care. 

For the research bibliography, we need to provide ten (or more) complete research citations. Majority of citations should be published papers in peer-reviewed journals. Each citation should be followed by a brief descriptive and evaluative paragraph, the annotation. The purpose of the annotation is to inform the reader of the relevance and quality of the sources cited.

• Third step: Write the citation and annotation When you write your annotation, the complete citation should always come first and the annotation follows. You will want to include:
