Personal experience with my manager/teacher

Write a report about your personal experience (positive and/or negative) with some of your managers (teachers if you are not or have not been employed).

Recognize/identify and apply the concepts discussed in class.

Then discuss what kind of a manager would you be?

What will you accept and what change from the images of leaders you had?

Give a suggestion/opinion what would you do in certain situations of conflicts if you were the manager.

Give suggestions about what methodologies and rewards would motivate you as an employee/student to improve your performance and give your maximum.
